It was a great experience to work with Juan Aguayo and his company, Downtown Builders. After purchasing a property in Eureka Springs, we needed to enclose a staircase with a 10’x8’ wall, install an interior door, and convert an exterior window to a door. After reading a positive review online, we decided to give Juan and Downtown Builders a call, and it was a great decision. From our first conversation until the end of the project, Juan was professional, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond. Anytime I had a question, I could simply call Juan or Janiece (his wife), and they would promptly reply to talk me through the process. Most importantly, everything was done with quality and at a great price. I give Juan and Downtown Builders my highest recommendation and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if I have another project.

Juan has already worked on my home some years ago so I already knew his work ethic when we had a larger remodel to do I called and asked for him to come look I will need er call anyone else to do any home repairs he is fantastic I love his attention to detail thank you so much Juan for making my home mine
